The hotel is in a wonderful location near tourist sites and taxis, making it very convenient. The rooms are spacious and modern with all needed facilities, but the double beds could be more comfortable. The staff, especially the night shift workers, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. The dining experience offered home-grown organic fruits, a unique touch, but additional breakfast options would enhance the experience. The facilities were great, and the value for money was reasonable.

My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was a nice touch, and the beds were super cozy. The friendly staff, especially the night shift worker, went out of their way to assist us in any manner they could. The convenient location close to Retiro Park made exploring Madrid a breeze. The only downside was the limited dining options, but the fresh and seasonal products made up for it.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was superb, nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is still near all the attractions without the hustle and bustle of main streets. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. However, the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, a great value for money!
